Where I Grew Up
Growing up in the Bronx, having the subway right there meant the city was mine to explore from a young age. I could hop on a train and end up somewhere completely different,different language, different food, different rhythm, without it being a planned trip. Some of those trips were for the Yankees and Knicks, being a die-hard fan of both. Looking back, that access shaped how I see the world more than almost anything else.
My Goals
Travel is a big part of where I want my life to go, not the typical tourist stuff, but actually getting into niche cultures, the kind of places and traditions most people never see. At the same time, I want to land a high-paying job right out of college and build something solid for myself early on. And eventually, I want to pursue a master's, but fully funded, ideally through an employer willing to sponsor it. My last goal in life would be to constantly grow and be the best version of myself everyday.
Music That I Like
My taste in music runs wide, Drake, Radiohead, the Beatles, Elton John, Sade, Barry White, Prince, Frank Ocean all get regular play. If I had to pick a favorite genre, it'd be R&B without much hesitation. Beyond that, I'll give almost anything a shot, the one exception is country, which has just never done it for me.
